Eugene has represented Virginia’s 7th district since 2024. He is my (younger) twin brother and served in the Army. His service included years in the Army Judge Advocate Generals (JAG) Corps, where he served as an international law advisor in Iraq and later deputy legal advisor on the National Security Council.
