If the European community and Coalition of the Willing’s sanctions don’t move Russia to back off from the campaign of aggression against Ukraine, what other tools are available to convince them? Or are troops on the ground the next best option? Thanks!
Please discuss Germany’s previous reliance on Russian energy with respect to Putin’s attitude towards the EU. Was he emboldened then angered when that market was cut off?
