I loved this conversation. Thanks you both for talking with us. I was anxious all morning about this event with the military and am somewhat relieved to know your thoughts. But, I do not trust the admin. and feel they still might pull a fast one with the military. I just hope our men and women keep true to their oath to the Constitution. I also fear that this made us very vulnerable to attack from who ever might want to attack us what with our military all concentrated in one space at one time. I think they should not have left their command posts.

Thank you for this informed response to this insanity. I believe this is a calculated setup to try to control future elections.

I like to hear both speakers but the interruptions are distracting and important points get lost in all that

The interviewer spoke too fast & interrupted too often.

Very presumptuous & irritating.

That was Alex's wife, Rachel. This was a conversation filled with numerous questions.

I know he’s her husband. Perhaps that’s why she took so many liberties.

Better to have a few prioritized questions answered well than what seemed to become a scattershot approach wherein it became difficult to follow a train of thought.

He was the interviewee donating his expertise & didn’t receive the respect deserved … respect not just due to rank, but the real value of his opinion on *serious matters. She likely doesn’t have access to that level of experience & expertise on her own journalistic merits.

— she should stick to cookie recipes as she did yesterday if she can’t do better than this.

* I made serious time & effort to participate in her 2 interviews & continued to give her the benefit of the doubt until it simply got too irritating vs the benefit.

Yesterday her interview was with a friend and loosely centred around baking, esp chocolate cookies, with little add-ins of topical political stuff.

It’s interesting that you think being openly misogynistic and insulting to his wife is giving him the respect he deserves.

I was irritated at her constant cutting in & talking over him.

It was a matter of respect & coherence.

I certainly wouldn’t do that if my husband agreed to be interviewed by myself.

You are giving an interpretation that perhaps fits a protective narrative more than sticking to the facts.

I subscribed to her SUBSTACK to be supportive of her — but I will not tolerate poor & disrespectful interviewing habits — what wd she learn from that?

Plus she needs to learn to *enunciate vs rattle on at breakneck speed.

The object is to cover important ideas, not justcoverabunchofideasquickly.
